What you can do to help Companion Connection:

Companion Connection depends on donations to feed, house and provide medical care for all the animals at the sanctuary.  See our Wish List here or visit www.amazon.com and look for a Wish List under “VillageRescue@gmail.com” or “Ellette Vinyard.”  We are also in need of volunteers to help keep the village clean and the dogs socialized and exercised.  If you can help us in any way, we would love to hear from you.

The next time you’re at Randalls, Remember to link your Remarkable Card to our number 12572 and your purchases will be credited to our account. Randalls will pay us a percentage of our account total. At NO COST to you, so be sure to use your card every time you shop.

Companion Connection does not take owner surrender animals; rather, we try to educate how the companion animal can remain in the family and provide guidance when and where we are able. 

 

Did you know Austin Animal Center (Town Lake Animal Center) is not yet 100% “no kill?” 

1/6/2012 Update: Austin Animal Center reported today a 91 percent live animal outcome rate for 2011 making the City of Austin officially a No-Kill City.

Sponsor a Cat or Dog at Companion Connection

Our Sponsorship Program raises money for Companion Connection by connecting cats and dogs housed at our sanctuary with animal lovers like you! The best part is you can be a sponsor from anywhere - no matter where you live. Companion Connection provides a home to approximately 20+ cats and several dogs at any given time.  Many of these companion animals require special medical attention, are not completely socialized,  or are unlikely to be adopted due to other reasons. 

These companion animals may live out their lives at the sanctuary, if necessary, and we are dedicated to providing them the love and medical care they need.  By being a member of our Sponsorship Program, your donations help cover the costs of caring for these companion animals and the sanctuary they live in.
